1. Use of Jadilia

Jadilia is for authorised pharmacy teams that need sales, inventory, payment, procurement, and management workflows. You are responsible for using the platform lawfully and keeping your account credentials safe.

2. Pharmacy records

Your pharmacy is responsible for the accuracy of medicines, pricing, stock, staff, customer, and payment records entered in the system. Jadilia is operational software, not medical advice.

3. Access and availability

We may update, restrict, suspend, or terminate access when needed to protect the service, enforce these terms, or comply with law. We work to keep Jadilia reliable, but no online service is guaranteed to be uninterrupted.
