Staff account details, authentication data, pharmacy operational records, sales and payment records, inventory records, support messages, and technical logs needed to run the service.

To provide the pharmacy POS, secure accounts, support users, troubleshoot problems, improve reliability, and meet legal or operational obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell user data. We share data only with service providers needed to operate Jadilia, when authorised by the pharmacy, or when required by law.

Security

We use access controls, authentication, HTTPS, and operational safeguards. No online system is perfect, but pharmacy data deserves boring, serious protection.

Retention and requests
